What venue owners ask most often.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser — in their language.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing automatic. If you want to continue, choose a plan and we send you an invoice. All QR codes stay the same, including printed ones.
Can a QR code ever stop working?
The code points to a permanent address that we manage. It keeps working even if you rename your venue or menu. If your subscription ends, the menu stays online for a 14-day grace period.
Is a QR menu enough legally?
Under Slovenian law (ZGos-1) a menu on a board, sheet or screen must also be available where guests order. Pametni cenik prepares both. The automatic check is a help, not legal advice.
Who is responsible for allergens?
The venue. AI only suggests allergens and flags them for review — they are published only once you confirm them.
What is the website in the Premium plan?
A website for your venue with photos, description, opening hours, daily specials, directions and booking. It's on your own address at pametnicenik.si, in your menu's languages, and Google can read it. When it's on, the menu moves to /menu and QR codes still open the menu directly.
I have a QR menu with another provider. Can I switch?
Yes. Upload a PDF, photo or screenshot of your current menu and AI moves it over in minutes. Print the new QR codes yourself or order them from us.
Can guests order through the QR code?
No, on purpose. Pametni cenik is a menu: no commission, no till and no change to how you work. Guests choose, then order from the waiter as before.
Do I have to order printing from you?
No. You can print the PDF yourself. If you want laminated menus, stands or stickers, order them in the app.
