Menu rules under the Slovenian Hospitality Act
A hospitality menu must be clear and accessible to guests. Pametni cenik checks your menu automatically and shows what to fix — before you print or publish it.

Electronic menus from 2026
Under the Slovenian Hospitality Act (ZGos-1), from 1 January 2026 an electronic menu is allowed if a menu on a board, sheet or screen is also available where guests order. You prepare the QR menu and printed menu from the same data, so they always match.
Prices and quantities
Prices are in euros including VAT. Drinks must state the quantity (e.g. 0.5 l); dishes sold by weight, the unit.
Allergens
Guests must receive allergen information (EU Regulation 1169/2011). Mark them on the menu with numbers 1–14 and a legend.
Readable print
When printing, the app warns you if the text is smaller than 5 mm and might be harder to read.
Frequently asked questions
Does the automatic check guarantee legal compliance?
No. It is an aid that flags common gaps; the venue operator is responsible for the menu. It is not legal advice.
Is a QR code on the table enough?
No. Besides the electronic menu, a menu on a board, sheet or screen must be available where guests order.
What if I change prices only on the QR menu?
The app shows which printed materials are out of date so you can reprint them.
