Terms of service

Last updated: 12. 10. 2026

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Pametni cenik service at pametnicenik.si (the "service") and ordering printed materials through the service. The service is provided by Luminus d.o.o., Kolodvorska 2, 8000 Novo mesto, registration no. 1201166000, VAT ID SI50032534, [email protected] (the "provider").

A user is a legal entity or sole trader using the service for their hospitality or other business. The service is not intended for consumers. By registering, the user confirms they have read and accept these terms.

2. The service

The service lets users edit a venue's menu, publish a public menu with a QR code, prepare printed materials (menus, QR cards, stickers …) and, depending on the plan, a venue website. The service does not offer food or drink ordering or guest payments.

The scope of each plan (Basic, Advanced, Premium) is described at pametnicenik.si. The provider develops the service and may change or add features, but will not remove essential features of a paid plan during a paid period.

3. Registration and account

An account with a valid email address is required. Sign-in works with a link sent to that address. The user is responsible for the security of their mailbox and for actions taken with their account, including actions of people they invite.

Details entered at registration and for invoicing (name, address, VAT ID) must be true and up to date.

4. Free trial

The free trial lasts 30 days, does not renew automatically and requires no payment details. During the trial the public menu is marked as a preview and printed materials carry a watermark. If the user does not choose a plan after the trial, the public menu is switched off; data is kept as described in the Privacy policy.

5. Subscription, prices and payment

The subscription is paid in advance for a monthly or yearly period according to the price list valid at the time of order. Prices are in euros; VAT is charged according to applicable law.

Payment is possible by card through the payment provider Stripe or on the basis of a pro-forma invoice. The provider never receives or stores card details. A card subscription renews automatically for the same period until the user cancels it.

If a renewal is not paid, the public menu stays online for another 14 days and is then switched off until payment.

The provider may change subscription prices; a new price applies from the next billing period, and the user is notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

The user may cancel the subscription at any time in the settings or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; subscription fees already paid are not refunded unless the service was unavailable for most of the period for reasons on the provider's side.

The user may request deletion of the account and all venue data. The provider may suspend or terminate an account if the user seriously breaches these terms or the law, in particular by publishing unlawful content.

7. User content and responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of prices, quantities, descriptions, allergens and other information on the menu and the venue website. Automatic import, the menu check, translations and other AI suggestions are an aid; the user must check them before publishing or printing. They do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.

The user warrants that they hold the rights to uploaded logos, photos and texts and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or the law. The user grants the provider a non-exclusive right to store, process and display this content to the extent needed to provide the service (public menu, website, printed materials).

Using the service for unlawful content, spam, intrusion attempts, overloading the system or automated scraping is prohibited.

8. Availability

The provider strives for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance is carried out when traffic is lowest. Thanks to caching, public menus remain available during short outages.

9. Ordering printed materials

A user with an active subscription may order printing of materials prepared in the studio. Before placing the order the user confirms they have checked the materials and that texts, prices and quantities are correct. Materials are printed from the files as confirmed by the user; the provider does not proofread or check the content.

Prices excluding VAT, shipping and the total including VAT are shown when ordering. An order is placed when the user confirms it; the provider confirms it by email. With card payment the order goes to print after successful payment; with a pro-forma invoice, after payment is received. An unpaid card order is cancelled automatically after 3 days.

The provider may reject an order or ask for a correction if the files are unsuitable for printing or the content breaks the law. Any payment is then refunded.

10. Delivery

Printed materials are normally handed to the post within 3 working days of payment. Delivery is available to addresses in Slovenia. Shipping is shown when ordering; above the stated amount delivery is free. Delivery times are indicative; a delay does not entitle the user to withdraw unless it is substantial and the deadline was expressly agreed.

The user should inspect the parcel on delivery and record any visible damage with the carrier.

11. Complaints about printing

Printing defects (wrong format, material, trimming, substantial colour deviation, damage) must be reported to [email protected] within 8 days of receipt, with a photo of the defect. The provider resolves a justified complaint by reprinting or refunding the defective items.

A complaint is not justified for errors in content confirmed by the user (typos, wrong prices) or for minor colour differences between screen and print, which are normal in printing.

Printed materials are made to the user's specifications and cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started.

12. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage caused by incorrect data entered or confirmed by the user (including data suggested with AI), nor for fines due to the menu's non-compliance with regulations.

The provider's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount the user paid the provider in the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

13. Personal data

The provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy. For personal data the user enters into the service (e.g. team members, photos of people) the provider acts as a processor; this is governed by the Data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to the terms

The provider may change these terms. The user is notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the user does not agree, they may cancel the subscription; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

15. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are resolved amicably; failing that, the competent court in Novo mesto has jurisdiction. In case of any discrepancy the Slovenian version prevails.
